As a collective, we make

BREAD, PASTRY, TARTS, FRUIT PIES, MEAT PIES, CAKES, COOKIES, SQUARES, QUICHE, PIZZA, TAKE-HOME MEALS, SOUP, GLUTEN-FREE TREATS and MORE.

We bake our goods in plain site, and are committed to the use of local and organic ingredients where possible. We are passionate about community and small scale food production, as well as waste reduction, energy preservation, upcycling - and of course a good cup of coffee! We consciously object to bottled water and plastic bags, and love it when people bring their own totes or flasks.
